My name is Riley, and I am a grain of rice. In fact my last name is Rice,
I am so excited to share God’s LiTTLE World with you.
Today is the coldest day of the winter so far. It was zero degrees Fahrenheit (about 18 Celsius) today, and there are about 4 inches of snow on the ground.
They told me I couldn’t find much at my house to share with you until spring, So Sad!
But I just couldn’t wait, so I went on my First Adventure for you…
out into the snow to hunt for one of God’s LiTTLE wonders…

The Acorn!

Here I am at life size next to an acorn. The acorn came from this VERY LARGE Oak tree.
I am so small, that you probably cant see me near the bottom of the big tree.

Acorns are the LiTTLE seeds of big oak trees.

It takes a long time for such a small seed to grow into a big oak tree.

God gives the acorn sunshine, food and water to help it grow.

You are small now, but you can grow up to be a big person.
